Etana has filed a lawsuit against VP Records and Greensleeves

(ReggaeVibeMedia.com) – Reggae Grammy nominated artist Etana has filed a lawsuit against VP RECORDS an independent Caribbean-owned record label in Queens, New York, and GREENSLEEVES RECORDS a record label specializing in dancehall and reggae music based in Britain.
The dispute revolves around her album “I RISE” being moved off Spotify amid my LAWSUIT against VP in an attempt to lower numbers. The company removed the album “The strong one” from I-tunes more than once to change ISRC codes then re-load the album under a new isrc code. It is their common practice.
