Minister Marion Hall plans on another Dancehall return

You can always count on others having the same views as you would if they are sensible people. With that said I’ll start with remarks from Skatta Burrrell, a Downsound Records exec and producer, wrote on Instagram. “Mama just realized church has nothing to offer and don’t know how to return to the place that gave her prominence.” He went on to say, “only sad that she took all her great achievements for granted.”

Minister Hall provoked outrage on social media after chastising Spice, Shenseea, and Jada Kingdom. Shenseea was labelled “weak” and told that she is “still nowhere” in the music industry, and that she should rely less on vulgar material and performances in her sermon, which has now gone viral. Minister Hall also disparaged Jada Kingdom, claiming that Spice was stuck in the past and needed to be spiced up. She also says that American artist Foxy Brown once accused her of attempting to steal Dancehall star Spragga Benz. Minister Hall’s statements, on the other hand, were not well received by certain social media users and industry players.

The always very outspoken Tanya Stephens, made her remarks on Instagram, “A wah Beenie did say active again?” She continued, “This a go need nuff and added three popcorn emojis.”

As the drama settled some from insulting a the female Dancehall entertainers, Minister Marion Hall says a song with Shenseea is in the works. The Minister feels that doing a song with Shenseea will change her direction.

Minister Marion Hall also had this to say in another live post “God tekk me from Dancehall so me a go back ina Dancehall go show mi sister dem sehh mi use to do it dah dutty way yah, but we ago do it da way yah, classy.”

This is not the first return to the Dancehall for Sister Marion Hall. Why the back and forth into Dancehall and back to being the Minster is a subject that could be deeper analysed.
