Reggae legends Buju Banton and Stephen Marley have teamed up for the “Roots & Rhymes” Summer Tour 2026, a massive co-headlining run across North America. Reggae icon Buju Banton has officially reunited with VP Records to release his 14th studio album, a 16-track project dedicated to reclaiming the raw, unrefined sound of authentic Dancehall. Moving away from more experimental styles, Buju’s new work focuses on the “rudeboy” foundation of drums, bass, and horns—painting a musical picture of Jamaica’s real-life experiences without “sugarcoating.”
The album launch coincides with Buju’s 2026 North American “Overcomer Tour,” featuring high-profile stops in cities like Philadelphia, New York, and Milwaukee.
