Foota Hype’s Brother Murdered

Following the murder of his brother, Selector Foota Hype has received numerous messages of condolence on social media channels.
Controversial dancehall selector, Oneil Ricardo Thomas, popularly known as Foota Hype confirmed his brother’s murder in a post shared with his over 202,000 followers on Instagram.
Dancehall and Reggae entertainers Spice, Demarco, and Grammy-winning Reggae band Morgan Heritage are among the many social media users sending messages of condolence for Foota Hype.
Dancehall deejay Demarco in the comment section, wrote, “Condolences mi bredda”.
In another post via his instagram he wrote:
While Morgan Heritage wrote, “So sorry for your loss bredda, condolences from our family”. Reports are that Foota Hype’s brother, Rohan, was shot in Cassava Piece in St. Andrew while walking along the roadway. He was pronounced dead at the hospital. Meanwhile, police investigations into the shooting incident continue.
