As Lebron continues to try and top the G.O.A.T. in every category the closer in Boston showed he is well on his way to being one of the greats If not the G.O.A.T. himself. It's the third year in a row fans will choose between the same two teams to decide the will emerge victorios in the NBA Championship. In one story line this years finals for Lebron it's about piling up more points on his lead over Micheal Jordan as the NBA's all-time playoff scoring leader. Lebron James is at 5,989 points for his postseason career which surpassed Jordan's mark of 5,987 points which held firm (Like Sizzla Kolonji would say) for 19 years. The next closest acitive player to Lebron on the list is Tony Parker with 4,012 currently with the San Antonio Spurs which is a very playoff active team.
On the other side of the ball Kevin Durant took his talents to Golden State for one particular reason "The NBA Finals" which he has only had the pleasure of playing in once in his 10 year career. In his first trip to the finals he didn't get the ring, and who was on the other side of the ball when the dust setlled you ask. None other than the king himself Lebron James. Now the supporting cast is different between the two. Many would say Kevin Durant has the edge when it comes to the supporting cast. Many would argue that Lebron is the best player in world and makes those around him even better. There are many other storylines to this years NBA finals but we leave that up to the specialist.
